Is there anyone who can repair or rewound bldc motors and some ESC 30amp.
And also can anyone repair imax b6ac charger. :help:

Here is one pic :-

Those motors are extremely cheap. It's better to go buy another one off Amazon. From what I know they cost about 400 and an ESC costs approximately the same.

PRANAVK09

@pawan
You are correct . :thumbsup:
And what do with charger.

Balakrishna Reddy

If your b6AC charger is burnt then you should probably try with a 12V dc supply.
Most of the times the power regulating circuit will be burnt and rest of the device will function fine .So you can try your luck with a DC supply.

@balakrishna sir
12v  2amps  will be fine? thanks
I also have 16v 1.5amps and one 12v 1 amps. Adapters.

Balakrishna Reddy

First you need to check whether your charger is working by just plugging in a 12V to 18V voltage source. Amperage is only needed when you want to connect a Lipo to charge.

PRANAVK09

Yes sir ,
It works with all the above adapters but shows voltage error when charging lipo at 1c or more.

Pawan123

That's because your adapter can not provide enough current to charge your battery at 1C, use a 12V 4A adapter it should work fine.

PRANAVK09

OK I'll try to upgrade.
Will 12v 5A is OK ? Since that is locally available.

Balakrishna Reddy

Yes 12V 5A is just fine. However I suggest to go with 18V 5A so that the efficiency of the total system will be maintained high if you are charging a 4S lipo or so.
ESC's are not the right thing to be repaired because you may actually accidentally etch out copper traces with your iron and you may end up wasting time on it. Better would be to buy a new one.
Motor winding can be done but its a bit difficult task to make them very tight with out actually shorting it with iron stampings. If done so then the motor may not start depending on what phases are shorted or may run with reduced efficiency or at higher temperatures because of increased eddy currents.
If you want that motor just for prototyping and not for some serious work then you can do it.

PRANAVK09

@ Balakrishna sir,
I will definitely get new motors. ;D
but try to do this to learn new things.
Can you please put some source info about how to do it?

Mostly the N-FETs get burnt in the ESC , you might replace the burnt ones from a very same piece

Ok I will try to do it. :headscratch:
One of the ESC 30A flightline got off in mid of the flight at height around 100m.
Any suggestions

There could be many reasons. Maybe the high voltage cutoff , or the overdischarge or just too many to guess. Try to safely open the shrink wrap and upload sone clear pic
