There's news that racing drones won't need the licencse, they would fall under nano category for now.

none of it matters if the cops want to harass you.. one just cant win an argument against them.
and if you throw the law book at them as i once did, they threaten you.
who knows they might file a fake report.
we need  a solid well defined properly structured law with zero loopholes for local authorities to take advantage of.
as long as pilots fly responsibly that is.
