Well Honestly, yes for the time being till they come out with some guidelines...
I do not see light at the end of the tunnel soon.

I have emailed DGCA multiple times, but the emails are not attended, it seems. Typical govt!!!

Dont buy Hubsan drones , i just had a bad experience with customs for a x4 502s ,i bought it from sp4mm3r. now the customs r not willing to send it back and are putting it for auction because i was unable to produce an wpc noc.

I had similar issue, what I did was sent the item back to shipper,this process takes long time for me it took 5 months but at the end customs permitted to sent to shipper.
