Hello there,

Need advice, i ordered a pair of lights from Singapore vide tracking NO ER399915230SG, the India post tracking says "send item to customs", its been like this for the last 4 days, any advice how long will it take?. Should I wait for contact someone, the phone numbers dont seem to work

Whenever if any of my items send to customs for evaluation, and if it takes longer (1 week above) to clear. I used to email/contact from http://bangalorecustoms.gov.in/contact_us.htm
They do respond to email and call (very slow) and let you know the actual status.
