What kind of vortex..... are you talking of wing tip vortex... just goodle and you will find your answers.
Well I been into aeromodelling since I was in School....  and then been in the air for over 30 years.  Now looking to be back into aeromodelling full time...

Dear Pragyan,
The wing tip vortex are essential part of lift generation of the wing.  You may never be able to eliminate them... but may be able to reduce them some bit.  One way is using winglets as in the new generation Airbus and Boiengs.... but the matter of vortex is of a concern to these big players.... to us it does not matter must as long as the plane if flying decently to very well...
In your attempts to reduce the wingtip vortex you might end up upsetting the wind circulation over the wing which could have very disastrous results on the stability of your model or the airflow over the wing.... be warned about that.  Because any chance in the aerodynamic flow of the air has its pros and cons.... and cons are more pronounced if the calculations and alignments are not perfect.  Positioning and alignment of winglets if a matter of a lot of calculations and should be left to the experts....

My Advice as a seasoned aviator.... forget about tampering with the vortex..... let them be there and you concentrate on flying your model..

In other words.... the management sciences today give the principle called KISS.... Keel It Simple Stupid.

best wishes
