i placed a order from aliexpress but according to tracking it reached on destination country address but no product received by the post office as i mention in shipping addres... anyone knw yunexpress india customer care number..

then mine also got lost... after it reached india.
those guyz dont have a tracking after it has reached the country.

i had to open a dispute. . god knows what will happen.

you are rght bro.. even their tracling number is 15 digits including alphabets... normalyy tracking number is 13 digits with alphabets... they have no customer care office in india..

Generally these type of courier services hand over the parcel to Indiapost which will be taken care by Indiapost so they do not have any customer care centres in our country. Did you try indiapost tracking.

yeah i already gave india post office address... even i confirmed from india post head office they said firstly they dnt received any product.. When i showed them tracking detail that its showing parcel reached at desitnation country address (patiala) than they said tracking number that include 15 digits and alphabets.. india post head office gave me detail frstly they have no record of this tracking number nd secondly its is ordinary mail which have no records coz normally traching number has 13 digits include alphabets
