The max duty I have seen is around 22%. If you are ordering just the motor combo, which I think would be around 250g and costing less than $30 something, you might well be spared from paying customs duty. But all that depends on your luck. Worst you might need to pay 22% of the 'Invoice' amount, including shipping.
