Title: Imported Item from Bang Good . Chennai Sorting Office

Hi guys,

I ordered SJcam SJ 7star action camera from Bang good. Expected delivery date is 10 October 2017. Since 30th of september the status shows the same

2017-09-30 05:40 Singapore, SINGAPORE S05, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, CHENNAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2017-09-29 15:52 Singapore, SINGAPORE S05, Insert item into bag (Otb), Air, CHENNAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Please help.

What do I need to do?

Any helpful replies would be appreciated.

I also have a similar problem.. no updates from Chennai airport  sorting ...

Rufus, Send item abroad (EDI-received) is the status on yours. I think it means, item has dispatched from Singapore but not reached Chennai, next office is Chennai. Edi means, some kind of electronic record creation.

Yeah.. But usually it used to reach same day to airport sorting ... never more than a week.. it's almost 10 days now ...

For e.g.... previous parcel... RP205227086SG.. if you check..  it was cleared pretty fast.. 

Any help in this matter will be appreciated..

Contact http://www.quantiumsolutions.com/ which is the logistic provider for your parcel. They have main office in bangalore.

Do they have office in Bangalore?? Am able to find contact details of their office in Mumbai only..
