True sir... most part of palakkad is of Coimbatore culture...
I stayed nearly 5-6 years in trivandrum and it must deserves the capital more than cochin in my view.. :)

Last rains me and Sandeep Mathur were sailing my Atlas van lines and suddenly the boat something hard at the bottom and was filled half with water. The water tight Sponson prevented the boat from sinking... We struggled to get the boat to the shore. With no way to reach to the boat we decided to create ripples in the water by throwing stones. It worked, the boat slowly drifted to the shore .Once close our very old thread with Stone tied to the end worked since the boat was not very far from the shore.
Always carry thread( Manja) while sailing.

ESC was dead. But Lipo, bec, received and motor survived. Lesson learn: ESC to be waterproofed before sailing.
