wouldn't recommend it, after all the customs troubles u'll face chances of getting a faulty product cannot be neglected

VTX and VRX should be fine, I've ordered several and they've come through without an issue. Make sure they're marked as anything other than transmission equipment.

Yes  you can surely order, prizes are also cheap but it takes long time and be aware about customs
