So what are you suggesting we should do?
Just select and PM users with highest "Reputation Power" and send them the batteries. Look for their joining date, total no. of posts etc.
They will post reviews on the forum.

I would love to test the batteries, have been handling 18650 batteries since 2009 in flashlights
Was always exploring safer chemistry for RC, I was using lithium iron phospate batteries(not cyclinder type), sadly they always puff.

He personally knows more aeromodellers than anyone else I can think of.
Easily the most influential person on this forum.
