This seller on ebay.in carts2indiaonline has gone mad with most ridiculously over priced RC items on sale in India

For starters this item a pair of two futaba neck strap at the price of the Radio itself for Rs 13027/-

I think the vendor is from USA, and converted the currency from USD to Indian paisa... and abbreviated with INR

Almost all the RC Items on sale with carts2indiaonline is over priced, However the above some items are ridiculously over priced.

I had mention this kind of seller on ebay India survey and  mentions that this kind of sellers influence other sellers to raise their prices on ebay.in and thats no good

have you guys ever heard of Hawala ? there was guy who used to print a4 size newspaper and sell it for a million bucks overseas, isn't it obvious here

VC sir, cant we send any negative feedback to such sellers?.. Many people interested in RC, but not having complete knowledge can get easily trapped..

Afterall, desire (to fly) doesn't value for money sometimes.

this carts2india thing is nothing new and has been discussed before on the forum. also this is not a rc or hobby specific seller, they have almost everything in the world no matter what you search on ebay.in at-least one result will be from carts2india. they just sit there waiting for the uninformed and/or desperate.

Very aptly put. Try buying a Fossil or some other branded watch on ebay. It is the most successful scam going. They use terms like "100% Authentic / genuine" etc. The prices are a fraction of the original prices internationally. The only thing that is a giveaway is that every item carries a line "no box or manual as these are imported items".

This has been discussed and flogged to death internationally, and yet, no action is taken by the authorities.

So what is the point in complaining?
