I already submitted KYC documents & now DHL guys telling custom tell it's ban in India.

First Of All Welcome To The Forum. Now The Things You have ordered are not Ban in India. So you have Submitted No Problem you have to Wait now. No Problem its DHL but I see nowdays DHL is also Getting Sideaways( I mean not accepting These Things) But don't worry you have paid The Shipping Fees So no Problem. And Yes Requiring KYC Docs Is Normal As I have imported two things Through And They Required Mine Too So don't worry for that.
And If you don't mind can you give me or message me your tracking number ( as you like it )??
And Yea don't worry we will surely solve the Problem

Well First Of all I see That Devo 7e Is A Radio Transmitter So yes its a problem A WPC NOC May be required which is really tough to get and at last the Buyer Requests to send the Parcel Back And Money gets refunded. But in your Case Still The Retention Reason Has not come so there are chances that it may reach you. Always Vaibhav In Registered Post In This Radio Tx/Rx Its 60 - 40 % Game It may or may not reach you. But This Time I think It May Reach You and Also The Value Is under 2000 rs.
But From 16th There Is No update So I am also getting Worried actually But Don't Worry We Will Solve it .
As You See in The Tracking Log It was Send To Customs To Mumbai From Kolkata. So its Been 15 days. So Reaching From Kolkata To Mumbai By RMS ( Railway Post ) For Customs Process Takes like 4 to 7 days. And Customs Clearances Process May take a Day or 3 or may be 7 days So I think The Status Should Be updated in More like 2 to 3 days.
But I really don't want to Take Any Chances as you got less than 15 days to Shift. So what you need to do for now is contact Mumbai Customs And FPO and get the Status. Here Are The Contact Details :-

So Contact Them First And Then Lets See what can be Done. So Don't worry mate. And Yes as you contact them just don't tell them whats inside the Parcel Just ask them by when it will out of customs or its already out of customs. And yes Sometimes What happens is that Items Get Cleared Through Customs And Being To Sent To Domestic Location But they don't update too and Persons receive it too.
But I am Also worried because chances are there that it is stuck in Customs.But Don't worry we will see what we can do
