Well its In Clearance Event From Yesterday So Don't worry even DHL will Take 2 to 3 days for Clearances and maybe it get cleared today. I hope that.

DHL guys called me and they r told me custom r telling it's ban in India and what is importing purpose & technical specification. So i sent his all technical specification and mention this is for hobby purpose & nothing else. Let c what happen 2day.

I had import quad cop from Hobby king 26th March 2015 in Bangalore. But custom are telling it's UAV(quad cop or drone if even it's toys) restricted in India. they show me notice also. i explain every this but they can't listen and finally i lost my quad cop as well money also!   

My Friend was there any Radio T/x And R/x Too Included? If yes then I am really sorry its really hard to get it cleared through. Even DHL nowadays is coming up with problems. Only FedEx And UPS Are known to clear these things mate.
Well What you tell them to send the parcel back so you can get your money back.

Its DHL I have dealt with them for many times so what they are saying now if it can not be cleared then what will happen it obviously they have to return it
Or what you can only do is tell them to return the parcel and get the money back. Do you know if you would have buyed and choosed shipping Registered Mail then it would have been cleared as many persons orders and its gets cleared. But then too I am surprised that DHL Is saying that. But don't worry the happening has Happened we will find out a way.

@jeet8066 for next time never keep in mind your order never exceed 60$ to 80$ or split your order in two small orders...

Yup That's Correct And yes for motors,frames,esc you can always use Registered Airmail. ( Its Reliable )But as told that we need to solve this problem.

according to mine experience its all depends upon your luck.... i ordered many times from international sites ( max order 200$ esc , motors , quad frames acc. etc).. but luckily never caught by customs...

before that i hv order fpv via ems that one i got after pay 15% duty tax. but this time i ordered via DLH. $107 for quad cop and $28 for shipping. but this it's stuck. Bangalore custom show me one notice which is written by Indian aviation commission, UAV is restricted for civilian and he told me if u hv license then i will clear ur product.

I understand That Mate.See what Can Be done is now that tell them to return the parcel As i know these DHL Guys Are really strict on their decisions and yes DHL is creating very big problems nowadays for their customers.So what Can be done is that now you have to tell them to return the parcel and open a refund case In Hobbyking and by this you will get your money Refunded.

yes already i talk with custom regarding returning my order. he said coz it's restricted in India so u have to pay penalty approx equal to ur parcel cost & again u hv to pay for parcel charge then it will go back to sender. so ultimate u will earn zero. so leave it this parcel and after some time it will destroyed. I told him if it's restricted in India then how same product online merchant selling & they are also importing from outside but that great guy not listen my word. This is my first mistake i select DHL for shipping coz before that custom DHL guys start saying no no it's restricted items and this that then why they accept parcel? only they want earn money they never think about customers.

Have you Paid Through Paypal??? If yes maybe they can help you returning your money.Always you can file a claim with paypal.And These DHL guys why don't they understand these that these things are always cleared by Customs.

Under My Account Section in Paypal Go To Resolution centre. There You have to use Dispute A Transaction Option And By This Select The Transaction Of Hobby King. And Yes just tell them you have not received your item.Then lets see what happens.
