Hey, your item still says send to customs and not Held by customs. So you need to wait for the next update. If it says held then you probably need to call and ask for the reasons.

Okay thanks , this is my first time ordering stuff from abroad.. So I'm not sure about the customs procedures , it is just a epo foam frame though, so I hope they won't charge a lot of duty

Its sad to know that your DJI phantom is held at customs, you must be aware that we are not allowed to import "DRONES" to India according  to DGCA regulations unless and until you obtain a WPC license, which by no chance will be issued.

But as you have already Imported it, Kindly call us at 9505569998, Would like to suggest and give you a helping hand as much as possible.

hey, i need your help again,
my parcel shows dispatched to india since yesterday. when i track it on ips web tracking, it shows:
   

10/10/2015 11:57:00 AM   Singapore   SINGAPORE S05   Insert item into bag (Otb)   unknown   unknown   

the type of mail, next office is unknown.
while when i track the no. given above by a forum member,

the type of parcel, next office is displayed.
What is this??? is there any fault???
and his stuff was dispatched(according to ips)    the very next day.
but my item shows item insert into bag for 2 days!

@prabal wait for some time generally it takes around 5-7 days for the postal guys to update the website .... so take a sip of coffee and relax  it should be available in a next couple of days and the expected date of delivery can be taken as 20 days from the "Insert item into bag " , So relax nothing to be worried about

I've had it say the some thing for more than a month and a half. You will just have to wait. You need to be patient for packages shipped by registered mail.

 exactly wait wait wait  and incase u dont wanna wait from next time ship through premium cargo suppliers like fed ex or dhl u will get the parcel in 4 days or so ...... dude this is just the beginning expect to wait for 45-60 days for this package to rach u >>
I remeber 2 years back when there was a shipping issues in china i had to wait for 4 days for a shipment phewwww thank god they introduced fedex

Can anyone of you from Pune who had ordered something please tell me what it means ??
During weekdays there will be no one at my home address so there is a high probability that I am going to miss the delivery guy??

Shall I go to Shivajinagar head PO and collect it ??  Will it be routed from there ??

How much time does it take to update from send item to customs usually?

No specific time. Sometimes status changes to "Send Item to Domestic Location" within the same day. On other days it may take 15-20 days.

@rishkhand wait fro 7 days it will be delivered at ur adress and no need to visit any Post office for that
@prabal bro chilll as said by naritb it can take 1 day and also 20 days so keep calm and wait its absolutely normal

Your status is "Send item to domestic location". You should enquire at your local Post Office. If they cannot trace the parcel, then you should lodge a grievance at http://pgportal.gov.in/ under Department of Posts. They resolve the problem within 7-10 working days. Personal experience.

I usually use www.17track.net for accurate tracking information. 

For tracking info, you can go to http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/ - This is the tracking website of India Post. Detailed tracking within India only

Or the origin Postal website - http://www.hongkongpost.hk/ for HK Post, http://www.singpost.com/ for Singapore Post and so on. Detailed tracking within respective countries only.

http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/ - This is the official tracking website of Universal Postal Union.

Another one is http://www.17track.net/en/ - Third party

The last 2 tracking website simply collect tracking info from Origin and destination sites and display all info on same page. I personally use http://www.17track.net/en/
