Hello; my parcel RP420547732SG is stuck. Not at customs but the tracking says that it is undelivered and is being sent back to crc delhi. My bhaiya was in house and never went out. What to do? I am out of state.

Dont call just visit the post office ASAP or else the package is going back (which means which would be taken by someone)

The same thing happened to me once. My local post office sent it back. I chased the consignment and finally managed to stop it at the returned letter office at the nick of time.

Written email to WPC and Mumbai Customs:

Dear Sir,

Recently I have Purchased RC Helicopter from Ebay USA of Horizon Hobby with Spektrum DX6I 6 Channel Rc Controller and came through USPS to Mumbai. I tracked the same and came to know that It is held by Mumbai Customs.

I went to the Customs they asked me to get NOC from WPC to Clear. Sir RC frequency 2.4 GHz to 2.4835 GHz is free from Licence and many car/plane/helicopter toys comes with this free frequency. Sir this Helicopter RC frequency is 2.4 GHz and as per your circular it is free from License.

Sir, I can not understand that Why Custom People are asking for NOC from WPC. Sir this Helicopter is a Toy and will be used as a Toy. Sir Please guide me how to clear this Helicopter.

Sir Is It my mistake to buy this helicopter from US? We Normal Citizens should not take the benefit of Price by Importing. Yesterday I visited many Toys Shops in Mumbai and taken many photos of the RC Toys available such as Cars/Planes/Helicopters with RC Controllers are available easily. Sir Did these importers are allowed to import and Sale in the open market and majority of these are cheap Chinese stuff. I have purchased the Horizon Hobby Standard RC Helicopter with Standard Spektrum RC Controller Model DX6I Which is already approved by WPC. Why Custom again asking for the approved things. It shows that Government want to discourage individual people to buy from Overseas and allow the monopoly of Importers so they can charge any price to customers like us and earn more.

Sir I am a businessman and won President Awards twice for Quality Products. I know the RTI People also and I know how to get reply from Government Departments. I called 02228672351 WPC Mumbai twice but some rude person was there he talked so roughly and hanged the phone twice and insulted me which I never Expect from WPC the Government Organization.

Sir Please take this email seriously because I am hurt with the behavior of WPC Operator reply and Indian Custom Policy to harase normal Citizens like us.

I want urgent reply from You that Why Custom is asking for NOC for the RC Controller of 2.4 GHz frequency which is free from License and Spektrum DX6i channel RC Controller is already approved by You and Why should I come again to WPC for second time approval of same thing.

Sir I will also write to our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji of actually What is going on and will CC this Copy also.Why We Normal Citizens should suffer because of Custom department and WPC actually you are discouraging the individuals like me to purchase RC Toys at reasonable price from Overseas and Why should we buy Cheap Chinese Toys from India by paying higher Price.Do You want to Promote such Wrong Importers Who Import Cheap Products and Sale at the price they like.

Sir, If I will not get Clearance of my RC Helicopter Which is 100% Legal to Import than I will definitely take very serious action and will go in deep that How these RC frequencies Toys allowed in Bulk and Sold in market . If It requires I will also go to Media with full story and proof that what is actually going on.

Sir I am a educated business person and I know How to get my right. I have Imported this Helicopter because It is allowed by the Law and I will Clear It and if It requires I will go to Court to clear my Helicopter Which I have Purchased from my hard earned money.

Please reply Why We normal Indian Citizens should suffer because of your tricky notifications Which are allowed to selected people to clear the goods and not allowed to people like us because you do not want to allow us to Purchase better quality Overseas RC Toys at reasonable price.

Your thought is good but the problem is we have to mess up a lot with customs and have to go through lot of process. Which includes spending a lot than buying here. Few lhs sell them at less profit only. So we people dont buy radio stuff from overseas. I prefer lhs.

Hi guys, I am new here. Also new to ordering from foreign country.

Recently on 19th June 2016 I bought "Le max 2" from Aliexpress for 287$ ( first time in my entire life). It arrived in India on 25th June 2016.
From 27th June whenever I check the tracking status I get to see this message "Mumbai foreign post office / held by customs" .
I am really worried is a gift to my liTtle brother from my first salary.
My tracking id is : RB071599993SG.

Aliexpress website says if I don't get phone by 18th August 2016 I will get refund ( adjusting customs time and other issues ).

I spoke to my aunt and she says I should go to the Mumbai foreign post office or get refund if they allow refund.

What should I do guys, I am worried if those custom officers or postman will steal/misplace/break my phone. I have to go to Delhi on 20th August.
Guys any little help will do me a great favour,

please guide me.

i purchased a dji datalink from hobbyking and used fed ex priority for shipping it. But now custom department is asking me to submit the IEC, WPC license and they are asking penalty of 10000 rs. What to do ? Does anyone know how to deal with it ?

Hey Guys, Even I ordered a quadcopter and its currently stuck in customs. They asked me to get a type NOC from WPC. When I contacted WPC I was informed by Mr. Rao there that according to DGCI notice importing of any drones(helicopters) has been banned till poilcy reforms. And there are no definitive dates for policy reforms. Could anyone help me on how to go forward now, I had ordered this drone quite a while back and I want to use it and am ready to pay the custom charges and other charges involved but somehow I haven't been able to get any answer or solution on how I could procure it.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

The customs dept in mumbai is not releasing it since it needs approval from WPC. The custom personnel were kind enough to speak nicely and also provided me the contact number for WPC but When I called the WPC they arrogantly disconnected the call saying we don't approve quadcopters. Can anyone help me ? Or should I just send an email saying return to sender ?

Call the customs department and ask them to send the package back to seller.

Input this tracking number on the india post site for more accurate information. If it is held at customs, it will say "retention at customs" or something like that. Otherwise it usually takes a couple weeks once the package enters the country.

Iam planing to buy PARTS for Quad copter and Flysky 6i transmitter in US ,And bring back to india with me
i intended to built a Qaudcopter for for college project this year.
so my worries are can i bring this parts in my Baggage will i be charged in custom,will it be confiscate by custom.

I have brought with me 250 quads and 9xr pro from us thru chennai ... dint get any issues .... always keep the it in un assemble and in different baggage remove ur TX lipo ... spread out part in different bags possible .. I tried last this 8 months ago ....
