@imranpudur, you have no control over customs officers. The final decision to return the parcel to source or detain it in a local warehouse is in the hands of customs officer. Fedex may charge you for warehousing. So, the only thing you can do is, sit and watch.

What is exact meaning of
'Retention reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner'

If your package contains items that are restricted like an RTF quadcopter/ radio transmitter etc., it means the package has been held by customs and you will receive a letter asking you to present a no-objection certificate and other documents. Or if they suspect under-invoicing you may be asked to send the original invoice. Otherwise, it may be cleared in a few days with duty levied on it.

If you can stretch your budget, just pick one up from Rcmumbai. They have the best prices.

if you want that drone or similar get a p3p from anywhere in india there are many dji sellers just go to dji website and check official dealers in india and get one to ensure after sales service and problem solving also if you find a price better from someone else its good its your call afterall well do not import such rtf drones they may get caught in customs also there is a hype of drone ban all over 

Did they ship it? It may or may not be seazed. All depends on customs location, official, banggood's declaration and your luck.
Even if they seaze it you will get refund but after a wait of 1-2 months. Pay through PayPal.
