Dosnt matter aniket, you have to pay customs in even the smallest order.
I ordered this stuff mainly for the LiPos because they arent available in india.

how much time do you think it will take more? :( :(

And do you think DT700s are better than the Turnigy 2836 1100kv motors?

Rahul I don't think.. turnigy 1100 kv are better that dt700..
The dt750 are of similar thrust and can use with a 20a esc without any issue.. but the turnigy need at least a 30a one...
I have also ordered the turnigy 1100 kv one with 30a hk esc..

yea.. u have to pay customs.. but think of it this way.... the guy at customs sees some small boxes and is like "jaane de yaar"...
but when he sees a big box with lots of items, its his cue to cash in on it....

How much time did it take to clear? was it in kolkata's customs?

It took 13 days to clear almost...
And I always order as small boxes.. below 300 or 500 gms.. which will reduce the chance of customs hassles...

It would take around 20-25days.
I am also waiting for mine. I also stay in delhi and mine went to customs in Kolkata on 10th.

Some times it may clear fast depends upon their work load and parcel size and also cost... :)

Last few packages were received without any issues  ;D.
The one which I'm expecting is stuck in Mumbai Customs from last 11 days.  :'(  :banghead:
Cost is less then $60. not sure what they are holding it for.  8-) ???
I'm still hoping that they will send this parcel soon.  ;)

Does anyone waited for so long ? is it normal ?   :help:

Finally reached home. (with Rs.708 custom charges). It turn out to be very big box this time which might have got into eyes of custom guys.

Hey guys I plan on importing a HPI RS4 3+ evo w/ bmw m3 gt2 body , it costs around $380 plus shipping from us to india = $135, can you please tell me the total landing cost including custom tax , etc. Thanx
