I am trying to open the website http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/ but it's not opening from last few days. Can anyone suggest what are the alternative sites to track the air parcel?

If it is swisspost, there is some hope. Customs clearance status is being updated there.

With HK post, there is no custom clearance status, only final delivery status gets updated.

If EMS, then it has detailed tracking

For some strange reason  http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking is down for the past few days.

More strange is after staying in customs for a month my EMS which got cleared has today reached Tinsukia in place of Shillong.

The Speed post is still doing rounds. Parcel dispatched on 06 July 2012 is still going around in circles. It was just a 90 Dollars Parcel including EMS Shipping.

If you order through Registered Post you don't have an option to track after International Mail center/customs. But if you order through EMS you invariably pay customs but still wait endlessly to get your parcel.

I don't Know when Indian Post is going to pull its act together.
