My Bads:

1) Took off with elevator set at 75% up position. airborne within 4 feet, firefighting starts and after about 2 minutes crash and bang
2) Started engine with Tx turned off, plane starts moving while i am talking to a fellow flyer. Realized in time and ran after and grabbed vert stab
3) Flying inverted, gave up elevator - I still do it :D
4) Charged LiFe battery on LiPo settings.
5) Testing quad on low Tx battery. Tx shuts off and quad comes hitting in face, dodged in time or I'd be the scar man on RCI
6) Took off on drained battery from last flight
7) Engine quitting, yet took off and it quit just after take off, tip stalled
8) Flying inverted, cut off engine, I dont know why.

While testing my Avispad, I gave full throttle (model on my worktable) without battening down the model. I thought I was gripping it firmly, but it was my Tx I was grasping. Chaos, havoc, papers all over the place. Luckily the only damage was a broken prop!

I am the scar man ;D
Another bad that I frequently do, is to bend down to fiddle with the model before turning on throttlehold. The tx strap slacks and hits the elevator stick most of the time. My throttle's on the elevator and you can guess what happens next :P
It is the pervading law of all things organic and inorganic,
Of all things physical and metaphysical,
Of all things human and all things super-human,
Of all true manifestations of the head,
Of the heart, of the soul,
That the life is recognizable in its expression,
That form ever follows function. This is the law.
