Importing transmitters without proper license and approvals will land you in troubles with custom department. You can go through similar threads in this forum and you will understand. Drones/transmitters are import restricted.

Know what can i do

1. If you want to take a big risk you can let that order come but don't have any faith in getting it.
2. Message the seller if he can recall the parcel to avoid custom hassles. If it goes into customs there is 99% of confiscation.

Again these are my opinions and its upto you.

Shubham you don't know aliexpress seller. I have lost 1500+ in AliExpress fraud.
So, be careful. Read AliExpress refund policy. Many seller are unresponsive.
Again, Be careful.

You will also lose foreign exchange fee because of bank. bank will charge foreign exchange rate difference and bank charges + 18% GST.
#1 Charges - INR TO USD foreign exchange fee
#2 Charges - USD TO INR foreign exchange fee
You have to pay for #1 & #2 charge in case of refund.
