Domain registration seems to have expired... this has happend last time also (in 2009).  It should come up as soon as the owner pays up for domain registration renewal.

If you ever get to see any of my Spad build logs, I have a sticker on all my models, with the cartoon character Calvin expressing his views on Balsa :)
