I HAVE PURCHASED QUADROCOPTER 2.4 GHZ (HELICOPTER) FROM ALIEXPRESS ONLINE STORE FROM CHINA. THE POST PARCEL IS WITH CUSTOMS IN AHMEDABAD AND THEY ARE ASKING TO SUBMIT WPC NOC.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO GUIDE HOW TO GET THIS NOC, FROM WHERE I HAVE TO GET IT AND WHAT ARE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET IT?

IF SOMEBODY GIVES YOU GIFT ABROAD NINE EAGLE QUDROCOPTER 2.4 GHZ WHICH YOU ARE CARRYING WITH YOU WHILE TRAVELLING BACK TO INDIA, IS THERE ANY CHANCES OF PROBLEM GETTING ARISE?

Ages! Forget about ordering rtf and bnf quads!
Yes you can carry quads back to india....keep it with your personal luggage and be ready to answer any questions asked by indian customs

on their website create an account and apply for a permission.

for your city you can apply to the west regional office in Mumbai. they have address on the website.

First I would like to tell its really hard to get WPC NOC. Many Have Tried But haven't got WPC NOC and Send the parcels back and Got The Money Back.
So Its really hard.

Hi, the only possible solution (if you don't wish to spend tens of thousands of rupees procuring a WPC licence) is to get in touch with the seller, explain the situation to him and then request customs to RTS the parcel (return to sender). Most sellers will refund once the tracking number shows that the package is on its way back to China.

Forget about it man. You can never get them out from customs as a common man. You need to use some influence along with bribery. The whole process is a scam, the customs will ask you to get the NOC from WPC, they will not accept the Gazette 2_4Ghz, when you go do WPC, they will go you security reasons, they'll ask for Police and DGCA letter. Its a circular loop where you just keep moving in circles.

Next time onwards only use DHL (which has cleared most of the time) or if a bulk order then sea is by far the safest and cheapest way of importing.

I just returned my V977 for want of NOC from WPC, Banggood are really good , i got back all my money. The process too 2 months .

Any idea of getting NOC from WPC. I'm trying their portal for Amateur license.

but there are fields i don't know. I got a toy drone in custom.
