Hello Everyone,
(My first post here yay!)

So I have been searching and have probably read every since thread on WPC lic here and on RCGroups. I am confused about a few things regarding obtaining WPC licensing and the horrible website is ofcourse of no help! I am sorry if some of these question were asked before, but I want to take a deep dive into this WPC mess.

Questions :

0) Is your Amateur lic. linked to your Equipment Type ? What is the point of this lic. anyway ?
- If i get a lic for some specific transceiver will the same lic be used for other "ETA" or do need to get a new one?

1) How much do licenses cost ? Can someone help me with a link to a page where all the details have been listed

2) How does the Equipment type approval work for RTF / Toy-grade brands ?  Do we have to get a ETA approval for every model number?

I understand that G.S.R. 45 (E). Gazette states that every equipment needs to be approved in their database but how does this work for RTF/BNF which do not mention what kind of transmitter is being used ? Esp. in terms of toy-grade (quad/heli)copters they tend to have propitiatory equipment. If 2 models use the same transceiver inside do we still need 2 ETAs ?

3) How to obtain a ETA ? Equipment Type Approval ? Is it chargeable ?
Can someone share their experience for getting ETA? How much time did it take and how much of hassle was it ?

4) What lic. is required for commercial trading in quad/helicopters ?
