2.8 Ghz Radio transmitter to bring to India from USA

I am coming to india from USA and want to carry a newly purchased Radiomaster TX16S transmitter to India as a gift for some one. So what are rules and regulations for the same to India? Weather i am liable to import taxes or custom duty for the same in India on arrival? can anyone guide me.
