What exactly is this Buddy List I see next to the member name in their public profile page?
How do I use this? Guess it some chat app..
To be honest, I never looked at it so far... it is part of the basic functionality of the forum software.
I guess it can be a proclamation of people whom you trust ;)
Need to investigate further to see what other uses this has.

Just a list of people who you care about or communicate with frequently. Maintaining a buddy list gives a quick glance at who among your buddies are online, with contact links all on one page. This makes communication easier, instead having to look up people one by one.
But it is nothing great... in terms of functionality. Just a basic option in the forum software.
