H8 mini stuck at Mumbai customs

Hi ordered a tiny Eachine H8 mini for Rs.750 from Banggood, but seems it's stuck at customs.

It's a tiny drone that can be mostly used only indoors, post office guy told me to contact customs where the guy told me I need a NOC from WPC. I understand the rules/law say so (?) but any way to get this tiny drone out without trouble? Or should I just give up since it's 750 rs?

Tell them its a micro drone and allowed under toys, if not then to send it back to sender.
