Hogging the home page

@anwar sir,
Sometimes we find that some members, in their enthusiasm, compulsively post on one thread after another, thereby hogging the home page, irrespective of wether it adds value or not.
Any way to prevent/reduce this?

Is that hogging the home page ? If i find a (or a few) threads interesting and i go on to comment on it (adding value maybe perceived differently by individuals) then will that be called hogging the home page ?

Most certainly not - that is not hogging. But if you have to compulsively make some comment or the other, even on posts you have no knowledge about, then you fall in the category of Resident Expert without Expertise ;)
