How can I build a R/C car from scratch with the following features?

1. Throttle transmitter with Forward & Reverse support
2. Left & Right turning

I have already built a Chassis & sourced a Motor set (Image below) from AliExpress.

Suggest me the best Transmitter (Tx) + ESC + Receiver (Rx) + Servo comb(o)ination to achieve 1 & 2.
