Import parts for quad-copter from Chinese website-Customs

Is it possible to import esc, flight controller boards from Aliexpress, Gearbeast, Banggood, without the customs blocking or confiscating the item?

I am asking since the drone rules were way to confusing to follow for diy fpv drone builders. I plan on buying all items other than esc, flight controller from rcmumbai so if guys know of any other sites please also let me know?

To be on the safe side if something is coming through from BG with India Direct Mail ... you can go ahead. But keep the quantity low 1/2 per order.
