India Post delivery stuck at Bangalore sub fgn Post Tracking# RX141429256DE

I had an order from Vitacost.com which was shipped by DHL and inturn routed to India post. The latest tracking of my shipment shows the item is dispatched from Delhi post office to Bangalore sub Rgn post. But no update since Jan 2, 2020. Can someone please help how I can reach this? It's an important and urgent parcel having Medicine/Food supplement for my baby and it's almost more than a month as my original order date from Vitacost was 18 Dec.

That is a rather uncommon you have there. I would suggest you write the shipping service a complaint mail and explain your problem. At least that's what I did when I had a problem with my china package tracking , which I ordered from China a few months ago. I could see that the status of my package wasn't updated in a few days. I got a bit worried, in the end, I decided to write a mail to china package tracking. I was taken by surprise when the administrator contacted me immediately and helped me solve my problem.
