Nope.  This being an open discussion forum, please ask and whoever knows the answer (and has time/intention) will respond.

The idea of categorizing people as "verified experts" is sort of impractical on a forum like this.

besides, if you need that it should be personal there is also the provision of PM. IMHO though it is best avoided since your problems and reply thereof could serve as help for posterity
