Try to add the nick name with bigger font size and below tat original name with smaller font size..

That can be done on the site www.printo.in while making a virtual tee shirt you can add text and photos

if you need your name in the circle above you can add the same via microsoft word (insert word art)

Looks like printo.in doesn't allow printing on the back of the tee!! any other solution??

Try www.pringoo.com or www.dilsebol.com. U will also get choices for the color of the tee and the typr like plain, collared, etc. However, i haven't ordered from, just found them on the net, both of them have good reviews.
