2 things i still cannot quite understand, need some theories and advice on a few things about this forum.
1. when people scratch build, they always have a newspaper in the background, is that for us to read the news, check the date or is it for reference (size), and if it is for reference, how big should the newspaper be?
2. What is the Sweepstakes section for?
