today at certain point of time i noticed that all the new topic posted on rc india were related to SELL/ WANTED item.
a thought came into my mind that Whether rcIndia is  online mall/ shop/  8-)  8-)

Why don't you start a build log or something to make the it more interesting/productive :hatsoff:

Buying from HK is cumbersome due to customs.....
Buying frm forums is better... thats y u see so many buy/sell messages.

According to me, RcIndia is a e-place, where we learn, Share, updates, information on products, do's and dont's of flying and bulding, gathering, Friends, Help, General discussion, Can find good deals(buy/sell) with trusted people and.....Lot more....  :thumbsup:


BTW, this is definitely a Forum, However, Not Sellers forum, Buyer’s forum, Mall, Shop or a retailer for me.  This is a Forum for all RC Hobbyist with passion and respect. :hatsoff:

I totally Agree with Naresh. I am also unable to put this forum in the above  poll list.
If i know anything about rc or flying, it is because of this forum only .

This is heaven and a haven. God bless rcindia.org. Anwar Sahab's contribution to RC and Modellers is incalculable. I think this poll is ridiculous.

This forum is what the users make of it.  If anyone want to see significant discussions on designs, build threads etc, please take the initiative.

I am perfectly fine with it being used for whatever purpose people find beneficial for themselves.  The forum old timers may remember that this forum was built to enable easy access for everyone to RC items (whether through shops or classifieds).

Looking back, I would be content with just the facts that this forum gave rise to at least 3 LHSes which are doing well, and the fact that people know about shops like HobbyKing... all of which together has brought hundreds of newcomers into this hobby. What more can anyone ask for ?

If I know a little about r.c ,  it is due to this forum. This same time last year, I was absolutely a novice about r.c. Thankyou r.c India and Anwar sir.

Dude,  its neither a retail,nor a shopping mall,etc..

the "for sale" and "wanted" threads are just indications of widespread of RC exploration in our country..we are catching up with world..

and please dont mind, but you will come to know about RCindia (what it is) as you grow older to the forum..

I post this poll in positive sense. Anwar sir, please dont take it in wrong way.
i can remember when i started flying before 18 yrs ago, there was only three vendor available in country - aurora from calcutta, sharma from jodhpur, indian hobby from mumbai. We have only option available to build is Balsa, and engines were aurora, jodhpur.
But today things were changes drastically, today we have lots of things available for our hobby.  RCindia is providing us a solid platform, to get the thing at one place which i can say heaven for us.  :salute:
