FREE FLIGHT SIMULATORS FOR WINDOWS 8

i am going to fly my first rc plane but i thought i would do a bit of practice on a simulator before flying real.my pc have got windows 8.i tried fms but it is not compatible with windows 8.what are the other options?

and also i wanted to ask if a non motorized glider would be good as my first plane?

Try aerosim rc simulator.....this will give you a good experience

You can also try picasim..

Try picasim.i also have windows 8.1 and picasm works fine.the problem is that I can't connect it to my transmitter.
But I don't think it's picasim's fault.
