Surely Sir.
But there should be a button to make out of quick links of homepage first group. This is because even after locking till 20 next post in separate thread, it just stay there. Is there any tool/option available to moderator to blacklist/hide the thread for further course of action ?
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

Locking the thread and prepending its name with "SPAM:" should do the trick. Similarly duplicate threads can also be locked and marked "DUPLICATE:".

That's a good idea and i see that in action already by gandhar

The important thing is to take out the destination links/URLs at the earliest.  That way, their "agenda" is defeated (before search engines crawl them on this site).

It would be great if you make Priyum bhaiya an administrator because he keeps eyes on everything people do and try to correct them as you can see in some topics He really deserves being on of them.
I know its breaking the laws but I found him worthy for it

RcNitesh is a forum veteran who is only in the 12th Grade!

He will soon go to a flying field (it's too far for him,) get a Radio (he's investigating the best value for money proposition) and procure a model (it has to be the best, but preferably free. He will build an advanced trainer)

Nitesh: if you read this, to the neutral observer, this is what your posts seem to reflect

12th Grade and at an age of 13? Are baap re! :o :salute:
I am nearly 17 and only in 11th. That means I will like/have to learn from you Mr. Veteran.

RcNitesh is a forum veteran...

"Forum veteran" is something afforded automatically by the forum software to people who run amok here and boost their post count... which has very little to with being an "RC veteran".

saikat

guys - cut nitesh some slack .

his only fault is that he is like an over eager puppy dog ....

what is wrong in that ?? personally I find it quite refreshing
that a guy his age hangs out here instead of being glued to
facebook.

same goes with aniket - who i find has maturity beyond his years

these are the guys who are the future and its up to us to be patient
and guide them

Great having young guys.
As long as they spell well and use punctuation. Haha. Who is that aimed at?
What about oldies?
Seen some 75+ on rcgroups.
Anyone over 75, 70, 65, 60 on this forum? Come on declare yourselves.

The issue, in the simplest of terms, is that many seemed to disregard calls for one of the basic but most essentials skills of our times, which is

1.  to search for information themselves and master that skill of searching

2.  to have the patience to do the search instead of taking short-cuts by asking others.

You know... the "give a man fish versus teach a man how to fish" thingy. I may be getting old, but I cannot stand the behavior of people who refuse to learn how to fish. It is, after all, for their own good.
