Most importantly, I am looking for people who can think MORE about what day-after-tomorrow will look like in terms of personal relations and people's behaviors, and NOT for people who can only see today and tomorrow.  In other words, people with pockets filled with chill pills, who will not hesitate on taking them 3 at a time

At 15 you have been entrusted with a position of responsibility that many others double your age (or more)  have not been deemed worthy of. You have proved yourself, young man, with your maturity and we are all proud of you. The 'Sir' epithet has to do with your responsibilities / maturity and has NOTHING to do with your age.

One more mature, young individual comes to my mind here - Pickle. Where has he vanished off to? I miss him.

Many here would qualify and more people will be added. I have considered many aspects, like being on the forum, noticing the kind of things that a mod should notice, being a bit savvy with tech stuff and so on... of course a little bit of interaction/attitude. Not too much commercial activity is another factor... as money is known to influence people too much

We hit 3000 members, and seem like the journey has just started.  More will happen, including adding more mods

Now we get to work removing quotes from posts/people who always hit "Quote" instead of "Reply" even when they are responding to the last post in a thread   The Quote just duplicates the post JUST ABOVE IT... which is just lame
