Trying to restore an account

Dear all -

There was a member here with the name "doctor".  His account seems to be deleted by me, as per the administrator action logs, but I never intended to do it, and I am not quite sure how this happened (still investigating)   If ever I intentionally delete accounts, those are spammer accounts, and their posts are also deleted, but in this case, all the posts are intact, which leaves me a bit baffled. According to the forum logs (pic attached), I deleted two accounts at the same second... which is impossible, unless this is a forum software bug

If anyone here knows this person in real life, can you please request him to create a new account, so that I can associate his earlier posts and PMs back to his new account ? I would this new account to be vouched by one of the existing senior members. If the member is back in using another account, please point that out to me. He is one of the oldest members of the forum, who joined some time in mid 2009 right after the forum was created, and I want to do everything possible to ensure that his account is restored here.

I only discovered this today, when I saw his post being shows a "guest post" in the thread below, and my backups do not go back to April 16 when his account seems to be deleted. Otherwise I could have done the fixing myself.
