Do it responsibly, flying a small slow flying electric pusher with a protected propeller is OK if the park is patronized by others. Don't fly a Heli, Quad, glow or a gas plane which you have to fly only in designated flying field least occupied and where visitors are aware of dangers involved in RC flying. Don't fly over people or near people or others property. Fly only if you have good control over your RC flying. In Public Park people and children who are not aware dangers of RC flying are bound to dash for the plane and get injured be aware of it always land much away from the people.

Even if you bump into someone a really slow flyer soft foam plane with totally concealed propellers which is not going to hurt or cut anyone it will not be appreciated. You will receive unpleasant reactions.

Always best to avoid when people are around and fly only in unoccupied conditions. there is always an other place or other time to fly your model safe and responsibly.

There is no set guidelines legally for this sport don't make it illegal by your irresponsible action.
