Hello Everyone!
Now that I am bored of the ct6b after it gave up on me within 4 months of purchase, I am planning to buy a spot programmable TX as we all know the limitations of CT6B. Which one would be the best? I am looking for the one with best support, Gimbals and features. Do tell me your opinions! And also tell why you love that particular radio. Got a better one for the same price <4000 rupees? List it too
if you need a transmitter under 4k comparing the radios that u mentioned in the title of your post i would say go with i6 that is better gives telemetry and has a range of 1.5km you can check that on youtube so many videos also you might not get that range if in city but always better than others.... :hatsoff:
I feel F's-i6 to be very good. I bought this radio few months back. The radio is very handy and very light. The gimbals are better than F'S CT6b. It feels very robust in hands.
so fsi6- 2 rcb6i- 0 and t6 - 0 . Will wait for a couple of more opinions. Thanks guys
I6 and t6 are same radios in function except i6 is current model, sleak, lighter, 4xaa battery only, has limited telemetry function. Rcb 6i is a good radio but the RX availability and after sale service are just pathetic. Lack of full graphic display and complex menu are negatives. All three feel good in hands and i6 has more advantage but the only thing lacking is a timer. I've had all the three and currently vouch for i6 . so consider fsi6 3 fs t6 2 and rcb 6i 0.

How about after sales service of fs-i6? Cuz i have no idea where to get those repaired. For rcb 6i atleast i can visit rc bazaar which is nearby, I really want my gimbals to be good. How are they? bot rcb6i and fsi6
FSi6 gimbals are crazy smooth! RCB gimbals are rock soild. if you break the i6, time for a better radio :P and Fsi6 is just too advanced compared to RCB6i, a lot of help and info can be found on other online RC communities as well so you can probably fix it yourself...
FSi6:4, t6(please dont get that its just too old):2, RCB6i:0
Great, seems the fs-i6 is winning, What about after sales service?
you can go for fs-i6 for sure without any second thoughts because of its features at a price point of around $50,you can even upgrade to a modded firmware to transmit 10 channels from radio and also there is very cheap and wide variety of recievers available at banggood.
Ordering recivers is not an issue in banggood , customs won't hold it back!just don't order the tx from there... And after sales service is none, but unlike RCbazaar's radio, there is more than enough information on the Internet abiut a fsi6 that you can build it from scratch if required!
Technically aftersale service for all three is none. But RX is the only stuff needing replacement and is available abundant online. Also its backward compatible to t6 RX. As the above member said, for certain issues you have well documented help available online. But rcb is the only source for 6i radio. And people have waited months for a replacement RX including myself.

I would say that the i6 is the way to go . It's just best possible option now . The information is abundant . Rx and spares are abundant . The features are maxed out . Performance seems satisfiable and range is better than alll these 3
go for i6
Best in class
Regards
Ok so I6 it is! Thank you to all the members! Last doubt, any RELIABLE seller selling it?

Great
One last doubt folks, the fsi6 has circular ring in which the ginbals move unlike the older tx, one cannot seem to move to the corners of the gimbals, will it reduce servo travel compared to radios like ct6b which give access to all gimbal corners?

It just seems like it is moving in a ring ,actually if you look closer its exactly the same mechanism the old ones have thus it will not reduce any of your servo travels on corners
Thats it, just another confirmation is awaited, and i will order the tx right away!
I would suggest you to go with FlySky i6. Mainly because it has latest technology, reverse telemetry, a lot of modifications are also available on net. Although RCB 6I seems to be better choice because it has been approved by WPC and they say that its been manufactured in India and designed in France it lacks the display which would allow you to program the radio conveniently. It does have a display but it just shows single characters so its kind of difficult to program.
I bought FS i6 from here.

The seller is from Chennai / Bangalore so you will get the delivery fast.
swapnil sir, does the gimbal in i6 allow the sticks to reach tall the four corners or it stays inside the circle?
Watching this thread with some amusment. Goodness gracious, didn't know there were so many Radio Experts here :giggle: :giggle: :giggle:

Means ? I did not get you.
here is the link wherein I had asked people on rcgroups about i6 or th9x
https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2754974-Flysky-i6-or-TH9x
I have an RCB 6i, and on every model I build, I had to use the single receiver provided. The receivers are never available in stock. But for the price I bought it, it is pretty good.
Bump, someone confirm the doubt about the gimbals of fss i6. Do they reach all the corners?
Still quite don't understand the question. ???

v2 eagle, My question is that in the fsi6 images, there are circular rings on the stick's gimbals. Do the sticks reach the corners of the gimbals or move only inside the circle
Is this much illustration okay for you?
Thank you so much harshit sir! Got my doubts cleared.
Now the winner is flysky fsi6 by n number of votes while other two radios have been at 0. Going to order The Flysky Fs-I6 Tonight. Thanks to the community!
Don't buy from bangood or other Chinese sites
Buy from LHS or online within India.
Ok folks, so now that i will be getting my tx, has anyone tried fixing taranis gimbals to a fsi6 or rcb6? I had read that someone fit taranis gimbals into rcb6i Same with fsi6 or nah?
