Title: HI WHERE DO WE HAVE SHOPS IN WEST BENGAL AND IS THERE ANY PERMISSIONS REQ TO FLY

HI I AM NEW TO THIS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FROM WHERE TO BUY THE DRONES AND IS THERE ANY KIND OF PERMISSION REQ TO FLY THE DRONES WITH OR WITHOUT CAMERA.

Welcome to rcindia.org @krishchitarka. As far as I know there are no physical shops in West Bengal selling quads. I mainly use online shops to buy parts and make the quad.
And regarding permission to fly quads, it's bit of a Grey area of law. DGCA guideline has  been in draft stage since ages. So if you are in urban area you should seek advice/permission from local police. In semi urban and rural areas even police are unaware of laws.
