RC India

Hi,
   We're from Mizoram{N.E.India},we call ourselves Mizoram aeromodelling club with only three flyers for now,as this hobby is a very new thing to most of the people here.Our flying field is at an old airfield(turial airfield).Anyways heres a picture.

yups. What i think to those who realy don't know about this however know about uavs drones seem to be the most attractive plane.

Lets hope you guys visit us and show us your great skills  8-) we need a promotional show ;)

And be careful, you can give nightmare to Govt on both sides if they take your Drone for a real one  :giggle: {:)}

Hi,
The engine used is MT 57cc gas engine and a 24 inch XOAR beechwood prop from Rc Dhamaka.the wing is made from a thermocoal fish box and some wooden ply,the vertial stab and elevaor also cut out from thermocoal,and the main fuse is made from wooden frame and thermocoal.and a Futaba standard sevos for the controls. :salute:

Thank you guys, actually we used a very few wing-ribs (Plywood) on the wings, Thermochol fills the gap between the wing-ribs, thermochol itself becomes rather strong after covering with Fevicole and paper. The fuse is build up with light wood.

With a scarcity of materials available here, we use anything we can find.

Our (Mizoram Aeromodelers) next Project will be a full scale Microlight glider (RC of course)

Using a CD Box as a platform was first suggested by Ashta Sir, years ago. Didn't really comprehend the deliberately encrypted Mizo sentence. Perhaps the rest of us weren't supposed to............ ;) :headscratch: ???
