hi guys , being into rc hobby has made me do my final year thesis on rc hobby center,
my aim is to design a space that will have all the facilities for a rc hobbiest.
following things will be included
1)rc airport
2)off road track
3)tarmac track
4)drag strip
5)water body for rc boat events
6)hobby shop
7)other amenities - please describe if you guys have anything in mind
for this project to be successful, i have to present 2 live case studies of such places in india , so please help me find rc airport with tarmac runway ,off road track,tarmac track ,drag strip, water body for rc boat events .
any other info is welcome ... thanks in advance .. 

Oh wow. I think such a place would be the dream of most RC Hobbyists . I don't know of even one, let alone two such places in India. Good luck with your thesis

I once designed and drew the complete thesis for a final year student at the Goa Architecture College, his theme was a building complex on a slope extracting only solar and hydro power. Location was somewhere near Goa university.
He got nominated for the Charles Correa award and came out a runner up. I was just 15 then.
If you ask me, Goa is the place to get your themes, there are many-a-places that would suit your needs.


That place which we had designed is a IT park now, don't know if any of his designs were incorporated.

Controlflyer ,thats great ... BTW taking up a theme is not difficult but searching for the places where such activities happen are. and for our thesis we need to present 2 live case studies and 2 literature case studies ...
so basically i want places where there are above mentioned facilities , they need not be in one single place..
