Now if i start to open up my rc club i need you guy's suggestions on how to start with it. And can i also kniw the people in navi mumbai on this blog.

Just search for "Mumbai" and "Bombay". 

BTW, I thought there is already a lot of RC activity in Mumbai, based at Mahalakshmi ?  Are you looking for "Navi" Mumbai only ?
