Well this issue should come to an end IMO , op should have waited before pulling the trigger and an apology is well expected from you as well . I hope that you dont deal with a certain LHS who accepted the payment on monday and ships it after 9 days and that to after saying they have shipped it the other day itself

We do not mean the customer is always at fault or the LHS is always at fault. A minimum patience, as demanded by the situation in our nation when it comes to speed/efficiency, is to be afforded by all parties.

Running an LHS is not easy at all, as I know from the personal stories of multiple LHS owners who are no longer in business. While it is our hard earned money as customers, complaining within 24 or 48 hours without even trying to contact via alternate means is really a sad case of "holier than thou" or "I am perfect, why are they not !" .
