ok anybody has any clue why hk chat  is offline now, one more thing is there is any who has received refund from hk directly into his bank not as the point , how much time it takes.
as i am waiting for my refund from 12 feb.

HK usually refunds in form of HK reward points which you can use for later purchases. It is best in the interest of people as you save the dual exchange charges (RS-->USD, USD-->Rs).

but in my case there was no option like that , as they had put the orders on hold due to credit card verification in which we have to send the scan copy of our card to them  (when you purchase over 100$ twice or thrice one after the other on same time). so only one option left was credit back to bank .


and still the customer service is offline , so any body know it is happening with them also ?

They never asked me for a scanned copy but i pay via paypal,as far refund i usually get it in points,you can ask their Customer care that you want the refund in points,they will be more they happy to.

no , first time , and i have not even received a parcel of 16$ from hk last year no refund even.

As Hellfirer said they refund your money as a refund point in HK account, and that is quick and instant.
about 16$ : Have they shipped that parcel ?? If yes then probably they will not refund that money, So better is to ship via Swish post, they do end-to-end tracking

I bought rc kit from hobby king.com(china) for the first time. i allready paid it and parcel is at my state forreign post office. but problem is that post office wants such tipe of certificate called (ASTM F963 CERTIFICATE) . Otherwise they could not give me my parcel. so pls tell me how would i get this certificate....thank u...
