There is no definition for customs, any thing can happen, nothing can happen, no need to surprise even if the parcel comes to your home within a week, no need to surprise even the parcel do not reaches after an year also, (there are some cases)      , its pure luck. All we have to do is just wait wait wait....Thats all.

customs investigation may take couple of days extra. Dont worry. But u will get it for sure.

it takes between 14-30 days to reach. So far my first order took 12days and second one took17days.
dont worry, you will get it. keep the weight as less as possible because the custom department needs time to check the big value and size parcels.

Hobbyking now creates trouble for customers. My last two orders were made using the same debit card(my mom's) and now when I paid, it shows unpaid. When I contacted the support, they were asking for the statement. Not sure how to send it to them.

u r lucky atleast. They asked me to send the image of my debit card with which i made payment for my order. when i asked them, why the image of my debit card, they are saying that its for security purpose.

I dont know what security they were talking about.......They have not processed my order till i sent my debit card image.

I think enrolling to paypal to pay hobbyking orders is better and hassel free...?

Mine worked now, I recontacted the support and they fixed it without any trouble

i did payment of approx 200$ with pnb debit card no prob till now the order has left hong kong...so its not much about payment meathods its abut ur luck at payment gateway i think so

Guys, for paypal you need a Creditcard which I dont have. I only have debit card(my parent's)

I know paypal is secure but because of this issue paypal is of no use.

But if you use debit card then you have to pay extra taxes...

but when you use credit card you pay interest and some fees every year...

Are there any cash cards? and is western union cheaper?

Hey guys good news got my parcel today with no customs
It was 3.5kg parcel with orginal value 218$ and declared value 52$(30%) and within 12days that is awesome
now i am confident that i can order large parcel with HK
Maybe it was my luck :p

just wondering why you guys order wire strippers, item holder, solder stand with sponge etc.... such things are available in india and their quality will not hamper much but the weight od such things and shipping would be very high....

Just my view or till i see these things to value their quality... still money matters!!!.

actually saurabh - you are 100% right - I think just because
these items have the "HOBBY" and "PHOREN" labels - beginners
automatically assume the items are better than what is available
here.

These things are expensive in india theor solder stand is approx 150rs in india 450rs so as u compare i ordered with mind and money
