does any person got this Retention reason?

In past i got retention reasons like item cannot be import something like that but i always got item with some fine. But what is this presentation to customs commissioner.

Its a fiberglass plane kit only without any electronics and sent in "large box" by hobbyking. I think i had made a goof up as i had gone with default 30% custom declaration which come out to be $26. This might be making custom guys suspicious

This is the first time i had order item in large box, so what does usually ppl quote custom declaration for large box with less valued items.

Shobhit it is just a simple things you have ordered no problem brother nothing will happen there are thousands persons in India who order from hobbyking Indian Goverment Cant stop the all

Even my order was shipped from hobbyking on 28th Nov, using EMS.
It shows exactly same status as yours, even the timestamp is same!
My tracking number is EE186043388FJ

The order was around $164(including shipping) around 2.92 kg, i dont declare low because I dont mind paying custom duty, so i chose EMS shipping, i wanted fedex, but it wasnt available in shipping options(strange).

I had two more small orders $50 each shipped via registered airmail on dec 20, the packages have arrived today.

Since i did not understand why the status says its in Fiji, i asked Hobbyking customer care, they told me it is in india and sometimes tracking info is wrong, they asked me to contact local post office, but i dont want to do it right now.

I am patient and want to wait till 6-7th January before worrying about it, even though its been a month exactly.

Has anyone seen this kind of status? is there a possibility that package has been returned to Fiji? Or is it just an error? Does anyone know what it means?

My package did not have any tx/rx but it did have a lipo and a charger, along with other misc items, like tx case, infrared thermometer etc, work stand.

I am resident of Tenali, Andhra Pradesh.. Even from Delhi to my place, it takes 5-6 days for India post transit.. I should any how get the parcel by Jan 7, to demonstrate it in a Fest ( Jan 10 ).. I hope you understand my urgency..

Hey guys,Yes this happens a lot The problem is that when the packages goes from once place to another the courier companies are very lazy updating the data in the internet,Same as Bluedart in india I sent a parcel from bluedart in india to Singapore it reached them in just 3 days and was in customs clearence for just 2 days total 5 days they recieved(i mean my friends) so not to worry they are very lazy and in the tracking id it was showing that it is still in mumbai but it had reached them,

now it over a month since I paid Hobby King.... they still are unable to give me my tracking number and are themselves not able to trace my shipment..... they have asked me to wait for one more day.... what should I do....??

Wait for a day if you still dont get tracking number
Email to higher authority or
If you have paid by credit card
Call ur credit card company and complain about the transaction you made possible they may revert you the amount after a certain period of time (as far as my experience may take 30 to 90 days)

Seems to be down since yesterday, other international sites like 17track.net also not able track from Indian server maybe they are all using ptcmysore itself. So is there any alternative to track, i don't want to contact customs directly.

The site is down 3 days back... I'm also stuck and not able to get any latest status... can someone get any alternative ways to know the parcel status.

they are already optimized bro , but if u stil want to flash it , connect to battery, flash the esc which has  power cables, then remove the signal cable from it and insert other signal cable one by one ,repeat this process , hobbywing program card is compatible .. theres a video on youtube. search for qbrain or skywalker quattro

Dear Chintal and nchandra... I had paid for the order through Paypal.... and have not put it under dispute with Paypal.  The advantage with Paypal is that one can place a dispute in case the order goes missing or is not dilivered and the seller is at fault.  In my case despite 37 days having passed the HK is still not able to provide me a valid tracking number..... Well lets see what happens...... Further I have placed another order to be shipped by EMS Express.... this order as per the singapore speedpost site is at Singapore processing centre since 7th Jan.... I am not sure if it is stuck there now.. or the site is not being updated for some reasons.... It was also paid for on 04 Jan.... and going by the EMS Express it should have reached me withing 5-7 working days..... well tomorrow I guess..... but not sure.
