i have sbi maestro debit/atm card , can this be used at hk or helipal ...

another option is sbi verified by visa debit card , can this also be used at hk , helipal etc??

i dont know never used a debit card directly
but you can register at paypal and pay through your debit card

aren't only credit cards supposed to work there......

Never use your Debit card for international transaction.as chintal replied register in paypal very safe.If any issue arises Paypal will help you lot for refund were as SBI may ignore

ya i tried exactly the same as above , but in paypal there is no option for "Maestro card" there...............

options i get are :-
1) visa
2) Master card
3) american express
4) discover

I have used maestro at aliexpress.com, what you have to do is select master card option, remove the last 3 digits of your debit card number while entering it during payment and use it as CVV. Use any future date as validity. It worked for me.

Also I have made payments at HK via SBI VISA debit card and no problems yet after 4 orders .

please check the bank details that you entered
or contact paypal
but debit card does work with paypal

Ive sbi mastercard..will it work..?? My pan card verification is still pending

well i dont know about pancard verification
but i have done one or two transactions through axis bank debit card through paypal after pan card verification

Ok then i think after pan card verification they will accept my card

on u guys confidence   , i have cancelled my sbi maestro card and 2moro will apply for sbi international visa debit card........

hope this one will work with paypal.....
